The material of pump body is carbon steel ZG40.And the gears,axels and bushing adopt alloy steel.It applies to deliver non-corrosive heavy oil and bitumen without solid particles at temperature within 350℃.
Notes:
1.Pressure can be set according to customers requirement;
2.Adopt special alloy pump if it delivers the medium with more solid particles.
1.There are two kinds of seal forms in the axle end,namely packing seal and mechanical seal.
2.The series of pumps don't have safy Valve.If needs overload protection to motor when using,user should install return valve device.
3.The serues of pumps are resonable desine,compact stucture and good heat preservation effect.
4.The series of pumps have good self-priming performance,so there is no need to fill with liquid before users open each time.
5.Gear lubrication Oil Pump is on autimatic transmission fluid to achieve,so don't need day-to-day work of other lubricating.
