Injection molded ferrite magnet is manufactured by mixing sintered ferrite powder (Fe₂O₃) mixed with thermoplastic binders such as PA12 (Nylon12), PA6 (Nylon6), and PPS. The different combinations of binders offer a wide range of application temperatures from -40°C up to 220°C. The injection molding process is well suited to moldings of complex shapes and thin-walled ring structures. It has become a preferred options for many applications in recent years, for below features:
